MVP meetings are open to the public. The Policy Board and Technical Committee meet regularly to review projects, approve plans, and hear from the community. The meeting agenda provides location, online, and dial-in options for joining.

How to Participate

Public involvement is a key part of MVP’s work. All meetings are open to the public, and opportunities for comment are provided.

Policy Board Meetings

The Policy Board is MVP’s governing body. They review recommendations, make final decisions on plans and projects, and approve how federal funding is used.

Technical Committee Meetings

The Technical Committee is made up of transportation professionals and planners. They review details, discuss technical issues, and make recommendations to the Policy Board.

Every meeting includes time for public comment. Community members are encouraged to share their input in person, online, or by submitting comments in advance.
