Public Comment FAQ's
Whenever MVP releases a draft plan or major update. Comment opportunities are posted on the website and shared through MVP’s public notices.
Typically 30 days, unless otherwise noted in the plan’s announcement.
Yes. All comments are reviewed and summarized for the Policy Board and Technical Committee before final adoption.
Yes. Public comment time is included in every Policy Board and Technical Committee meeting.
MVP publishes a summary of comments and responses in final plans to show how input shaped the outcome.
Yes. Anonymous comments are accepted, though including contact information helps staff follow up or respond directly.
