The Policy Board is MVP’s governing body and holds final decision-making authority for all plans, programs, and funding decisions. Members represent local governments, tribal partners, and state and federal transportation agencies. The Board reviews recommendations from the Technical Committee and ensures that transportation investments align with the Mat-Su Valley’s goals and federal requirements.
